... Letting go of all that no longer serves us ...

This ritual is a cutting of the energetic cords to any experience, relationship or toxic situation that has been seriously holding you back in your life, and draining your life energy.

When you cut the cords in this way you’re not hurting anybody, either physically or energetically.
This is about letting go of a very unhealthy and unbalanced energetic flow, and clearing the energetic space between you both.
There’s no need to stop loving them, you’re just ending the negative impact on you, and stopping their capacity to drain you of your energy, power, time, and your inner peace.
In this way you’re both released to be able to fully stand separately and independently in each your own power.
‘I release with love what was tied to me, and with love and thanks set us both free. The silver ties are now released, with Goddess’s help so mote it be.’
It may seem like an ending but it’s really a beautiful chance for a transformational new beginning.

"Resisting, identifying with, and suppressing emotions is the number one reason why we become so sick and
overwhelmed as empaths. But the more embracing and accommodating you are towards the emotions you feel, without identifying with them, the more quickly they leave." ― Aletheia Luna
THE RITUAL: Cutting the ties that bind
Performing a ritual like this is a natural way to re-balance the space within and around you. Clarity returns and your creative abilities are empowered. The beauty of etheric cord cutting is that the fierce drive within us to release and sever ties with anything holding us back and no longer useful, is energetically cut off and released from your etheric and spiritual body.
This kind of ritual does often require a raw inner strength and commitment to truly cutting off those harmful or stagnant energies. And so, in this way you honour yourself and your work, and who you really are.
Calling on the four powerful elements of earth, wind water and fire is where we will begin.

FIRE: Envision intense and purifying flames, as fiery as volcanic lava, burning away anything that no longer serves, you — the unwanted or invasive energies of others, and your own limiting beliefs.
Burning to ashes anything standing between you and your destiny and life mission.
WATER: And now a massive tidal wave floods the temple of your body and soul, washing away any limiting beliefs about yourself, and further clearing the ashes of any entities hooked into you in some way.
None of this should have ever come near you, so allow the flooding waters to wash all the way from the crown of your head through to the tips of your toes.
AIR: Then the winds of change enter through the crown of your head away, and whirls into a tornado that easily destroys anything standing between you and your mission, including the voices, images and words of others
EARTH: Now take a deep breath and ground yourself, rooted deeply into mother earth. Grasp your power stone or rock, and feel the healing and soothing energies of earth to seep through your being as deeply healing balm for both body and soul.
And now feel the space that’s been opened within you, that infinite creative space, the womb of potential. Feel your capacity. Feel your eternal power. You are good to go.
You’ve intentionally and deliberately cut the energetic cords with anything or anyone you wish to release from your life. Anything that’s been deliberately draining you of your life force, or of your joy of living. Then it’s important to immediately cleanse, after first drinking a big glass of water.
RECLAIM your own energy
‘When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.’
— Tao Te Ching
As you begin your journey, remember your presence, your sweetness, your tender appreciation for people and all of life are gifts to you and to others. Your intuition and your refined sensitivities are healing. I want you to appreciate yourself, your openness, and ability to feel.
