You need to stay strong through times of stillness and waiting.

You can gradually grow the garden of your dreams even through the days of uncertainty, and use the time well to keep building your spiritual muscles.

And at all times you need to nourish yourself with spiritual food that gives you real spiritual strength.

The food that builds your spiritual strength is found in prayer, in meditation, in faith and in fortitude. And in keeping the channels open to the sustaining energies of Source —thus bringing in life energy to maintain your spiritual strength and vitality.

You will find yourself by losing yourself in service to others. And in not allowing other voices of doubt and discouragement to enter your world.

When you pray for the strength you need, it’s a continuous process of humbling, refining and cleansing of your soul.

Although you may not achieve what you seek overnight, if you keep stretching and growing your faith and knowledge, your spiritual strength increases. Nurturing this spiritual force will give you strength, in the times that you need to gather inner power in order to keep moving forward.

Spending time in creation is a good routine of spiritual exercise and builds the muscles of your heart and soul. Creation happens spiritually before manifesting physically, and as you pray for the strength needed, you are filled with power in your inner being.

Then as you keep your resolve, you are strengthened through this strong commitment to your dreams.

In the lifetime of every master is a wealth of falls, mistakes and injuries but it’s through daily devotion and practice that the spiritual strength is gradually built to face your life with dignity and grace.

Exercising your spirit and building spiritual strength gives you powerful inner peace to help transcend any hardships you may be experiencing.

And as you work slowly and surely towards your dreams, the quiet voice within awakens that will show you the way.
