And now my friend take some time. Time out from the world. Just for a while. You need this time.

Wrap yourself in a beloved old blanket and nestle into your warm sofa. Take care of you.

Rest.

Fill your empty cup with all you’re needing because your world weariness, your soul exhaustion, will not serve your gift to this world.

And when you’re filled and nourished again you will have so much to give.
